My Bryn-Bryn turned five on Nov. 18th!! On her actually birthday we went to dinner at Moe's, her favorite spot. The following weekend she got to have a birthday party which she was super excited about (Brad and I are a little old fashion and do not feel that our kids should have a huge party every year). Bryn loves arts & crafts so it just seemed like the obvious theme for her birthday party. We painted figurines, colored place mates, painted sun catchers, and colored a chalk banner. The kids even decorated their own gift bag to carry home all their artwork. Bryn's past art work was displayed as decoration and Janie (Brad's Mom) made the cake, a paint palate, that was so cute and most importantly tasted wonderful. The party was a huge hit the best part was that it was so super cheap (less then $40 including the refreshments)! Bryn got some great gifts from all her friends and family and a new bike from Mom & Dad. I was so proud of Bryn as she open her gifts, she took her time to stop and hug each friend and thank them for their gift. Here are a few photos from her party.
