FALLing in love

I moved to GA in June of 2001 and in October of that year I fell head over heels in love. Of course, you all know one of my true loves, Brad, but there was another love forming at the same time. Growing up I never got the opportunity to experience four seasons so in 2001 when the air started to cool my heart was immediately captured by FALL! I really love everything about fall, the cool, crisp air, the rich colors, pumpkins, scarecrows, candy corns, apples, fairs, fires, trips to farms, and family.

In literature, fall is symbolic for the decline of life or nearing the end (for example: spring=birth, summer=childhood/young adulthood, fall=adulthood/aging, winter=old age/death). This makes sense for literature but for me this could not be more wrong. For me, fall is so regenerating and refreshing, I feel so renewed and close to my family. In fall, I feel like I can appreciate the simple beauties in life like the leaves that have fallen or the laughter of my girls as they play outside all day.

I know I have not been updating this thing as much as some of you would like but I have been so busy enjoying this wonderful season. So here a few pictures and I will try and to keep you updated more often! Even if it is just to post a few photos.

HAPPY FALL YA'LL... HAHAH sorry I can not stop myself!
